Maori dance

Haka

- is a war dance. Warriors increased their own courage and tried to terrify their enemies. Haka consists from several poses which expose worrior's muscles. These poses go along with outcry and wild expressions.

Women participated in haka dance too but their role is not very clear. Many of them were armed to protect the flanks of haka party.
